Having sustained a minor brain injury and fractured pelvis in 2003 I was not administered any sort of medicine to help in the recovery process apart from the usual painkiller and physiotherapy that followed.
I recently took it upon myself to research on how the brain functions and looked to improve my self because I noticed on the MRI of my brain scan through Adobe Photoshop that there was a deficiency of grey matter. I believe this is because of the stress caused by the accident as the brain burns out due to stress.
I have been quite interested in nutrients to help in my recovery and recently had the time to actually sit and research how the brain functions and came across GPC through research via the internet.
I investigated its benefits and dissected the many pieces of information to conclude that GPC is safe. I came across Crayhon Research which produce GPC and ordered this through the phone. I have been using GPC liquid form 1200mg for about a week and can notice the benefits already.
I must stress that GPC will make you feel much better. I suggest that while taking GPC over the course of a month you make a routine on when to take it (it is best to be taken in the morning sometime 8AM, as consistency would get the most out of the product).
I also suggest that you make some time during the evening (presuming you have a 9-5 job) to relax and do some sort of meditation which I believe would help. I say this because after taking GPC I feel much better about myself and I noticed that I was more alert and I guess a little more upbeat which needs a balance.
I am now meditating and feel that my sleep is much better and concentration and 'all' other functions have improved.
I guess I could go on about how I feel but I would like to conclude my input and tell you that GPC is definitely going to benefit.
Best of luck.
